Cookie notice

Last updated 10 October 2026

The short version: we use one cookie, only to keep you signed in. No tracking, no advertising.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work, such as remembering that you have signed in. Others track what you do for analytics or advertising.

2. The cookies we use

CareLearn uses only strictly necessary cookies. They are set when you sign in and are used to keep you signed in safely.

(may be split into parts ending .0, .1)
Keeps you signed in to CareLearn and protects your account. It holds a secure sign-in token, not your password.Up to 400 days, renewed while you use CareLearn. Removed when you sign out.

If you only browse our public pages and never sign in, we do not set any cookies.

3. No tracking or advertising

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not load tracking scripts from other companies. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact other services to show them.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not need to ask for your consent and you will not see a cookie banner. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask you first and update this notice.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block CareLearn’s sign-in cookie, you will not be able to sign in, but you can still read our public pages.
